Two bedroom, two bath condo at Seascape Resort. Fully-equipped, it is my off-season home, set up for my comfort and yours.

Located approximately 400 yards from the beach, the condo's spacious deck overlooks the 16th green of the Seascape Golf Course. You never have to leave the gated resort property to gain beach access. But at the end of a sun-drenched day on the Emerald Coast's best beachfront, you have the peace and tranquility of an off-beach site.

The condo has a King master suite and twin beds in the second BR. Premium linens(Ralph Lauren), new mattresses and box springs. Flat screen TV's in each BR. Living area is spacious with cathedral ceilings, one year old furniture, 32" HDTV, complete cable package, and wireless high-speed internet access. Kitchen is equipped for a gourmet cook. Dining room seats six (but table will accommodate eight). And the 500 sf deck has both dining and lounging areas.

All of the necessary beach "stuff" is provided for your use. (Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) Beach service is also available. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. Take a visit online at the referenced website.

Seascape Resort is a beachside resort offering a variety of activities. In addition to a dedicated 2000' beachfront, the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course and one of NW Florida's premier tennis facilities. Five pools are available on the property, with two of the pools just steps from the condo.

Spring rates (4/14 to 5/26): $800/wk, $135/nt, 3 night minimum
Summer (5/26 to 8/11): $1200 per week, Saturday to Saturday
Late Summer (8/11 to 9/8):  $850/wk, $150/nt, 3 night minimum
Autumn rates (9/8 to 12/1):  $700/week, $120/night, 3 night minimum

All rentals plus 11.5% FL lodging tax, $125 cleaning fee

Building 91, like all seascape units, can be reached from either HWY98/SR80 (Emerald Coast Parkway) or Senic Route 1 (Old 98).

From the main entrance on HWY 98, follow the street to a 4-way stop. Turn right onto Seascape Dr. and follow it to the next 4-way intersection. Turn right at this intersection (it is the fourth street on the right). Continue past the tennis courts (more speed bumps) and Villa 91 will be on your right.
